The Technovit 7200 VLC system: for the production of thin sections of non-cuttable tissues and materials, such as: tooth-bearing jaw sections with fillings, crowns and bridges, cortex or hypermineralized bone, jaw or long bones with implants (metal or ceramic). The basis of the system is Technovit 7200 VLC for embedding the tissue samples for the thin section technique. The system meets all requirements for meaningful sample preparation for the production of histological specimens.

The EXAKT 520 (光固化包埋机) Light Polymerization Unit can be used to embed specimens for medical research as well as industrial samples. It’s designed to increase to 16 mm the thickness of specimens embedded in Technovit 7200VLC.
